Care Services Administrator Takes Home Highest Honor
The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.
The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
This year, we are proud to congratulate our Care Services Administrator, Lorna Ray, as the recipient of the 2023 The Stratford Supernova Award. Lorna establishes and implements Member care standards throughout care services on a 24-hour basis. This position oversees the documentation for Members in their neighborhoods, assigns Members to nursing assistants as needed, and assists in medication management and overall healthcare programs for the Members in an area.
She has been working in the nursing industry for over ten years. The Stratford has allowed her to continue her love for our seniors. Lorna works with a phenomenal team that makes it a pleasure to come to work. She looks forward to her future at The Stratford and with Senior Living Communities.
