It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere
We have started up Tropical Tuesdays this month and it was a huge hit! We started with Pina Coladas. Members loved transporting themselves to a tropical island!
St. Patrick’s Day
“Wishing you a pot o’ gold and all the joy your heart can hold.” Members at The Stratford enjoyed a memorable St. Patrick’s Day celebration this year! We started our day with a larger group class and delicious green smoothies! We had to get some good fruits and veggies in before all the treats and Guinness later. They were delicious! Later in the day, everyone was decked out in their green attire and made their way to the Dining Room for an Irish-themed meal. Our Dining Services team prepared Corned Beef and Cabbage, and even Green Beer and wine! Garry Randolph was great entertainment as he took us through Irish traditions stories and songs. It was amazing!!
Chamber of Commerce
Each year we host a Chamber of Commerce event and we wanted to test out the menu! As managers, we take on the humble responsibility of trying all the wonderful handmade bites that our Chef makes to ensure we put our best foot forward! Here’s a sneak peek and guess what? Everything tasted as good as it looked!
Night Out at the Stratford
We had our first social dinner this month with our “Night Out at The Stratford”. This monthly dinner and show feature a nice dinner and then a Broadway show in the theater. We served a Caesar Salad in a Parmesan Bowl, Beef Tenderloin with Baby Carrots, and Potatoes. Dessert included a Lemon Cream Mousse with a Lady Finger. Once Members finished their dinner, they headed to the theater to watch the Broadway hit Newsies!
Tropical Tuesday
It was Tropical Tuesday again at The Stratford! This week our bartenders prepared delicious Mojitos for Members to enjoy! These happy hours really bring the island vibes into our community and we’re not complaining! It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!
Passover
We had the honor of celebrating Passover last week. We invite those of all faiths to learn and celebrate why this Jewish holiday is so special. As a part of the Passover, our Dining Services team prepared an authentic meal for attendees to enjoy.
