Our Independent Living options are available as month-to-month rentals with no endowment or buy-in required.

Our Simplified Billing Model
Members of The Stratford enjoy once a month, simplified billing that covers a vast number of amenities and services. Property taxes, property insurance, utilities, cable, home maintenance and repair, weekly and annual spring cleaning, access to tailored social and wellness programs, chauffeured transportation, and so much more. This monthly service fee includes our flexible dining program that provides each member with $600 per month to enjoy their choice of our elegant restaurant, casual bistro and full-service bar. The unused flex dining dollars roll over month to month for the continued enjoyment of our members and a portion can be redeemed for cash value.
